Charting a course towards improved territorial governance. 

The Academy's Regional Studies section focuses on the theory and practice of the politics of territoriality. Undergraduate and postgraduate scholars from top universities all around the world share their best academic projects on a plethora of geographically and spatially related thematic concentrations. Among these include, just to mention a few, sub-national actors, supranationalism, ASEAN, NAFTA, the Mercosur and other regional trading blocs, urban and rural studies and the politics of independence movements.
